What is the Chroma-Crystal machine?
The Chroma-Crystal machine is a specially designed light box equipped with a series of UV and non-UV light bulbs. System is designed for maximum optimization when used with Chroma-Crystal glues. Additional features include timer, view area, main glue area and base gluing area. Some models may vary.

What is the warranty?
One year warranty. Bulbs and glass breakage not covered.

Do I need to use special inks in my ink jet printer?
No. That is what's so great. The Chroma-Crystal system uses regular ink jet ink!

What should I charge for finished crystal?
Here is prototypical pricing for a crystal that cost $10.00 to make.
$34.95- Gift Shop- Stock shelf with your own pre-printed design (ie. Empire State building etc.)
$49.95- Photolab- Customer walks in with photo and you produce crystal
$59.95- Award shop- Award design, layout, add color logo
$79.95- Wedding Photographer- Choice shot from ceremony produced in lab as part of order

Can I use my own crystal or glass?
As long as it is flat and crystal and/or glass you can make stunning pieces.

How do I print images in the right size for exotic crystal shapes?
There is a solution. Use Chroma-Crystal easy sizer templates program. If you have more graphic skills we also provide templates for Photoshop and Corel too!

What temperature do I use?
It is not a heat press so no temperature setting is required. Plus, machine is instant on. There is no warmup time.
